Sturdy and lightweight
This set comes with a handy little pamphlet filled with exercises/techniques which is useful for beginners like myself. I use these often and I think it's helped with my flexibility and ability to stretch more deeply.

Blocks and strap
I received my products quickly and in good condition. The blocks are good quality and sturdy. I really like the strap, because it is softer than other straps I have used. I like that because I've been doing some stretches using the strap behind my neck.....it is more comfortable than other straps. Also, the strap is very long.

Blocks = good. Straps = average
I like the blocks. Good weight, feel, size. Your mileage may vary. I think the strap could be more robust. The material is thin and folds in on itself, effectively becoming more like a rope than a strap. I got this product because the strap seemed like a bonus, but it's nothing special.

Son ideales!
A pesar de que son un poco más anchos que los que yo usaba, eso mismo les da mayor estabilidad. Buen producto, lo mismo que la cinta.
