Let me start by saying the 1st owl we got the "bobblehead" didn't "bobble" correctly(head was tilted and wouldn't rotate). We promptly returned for a credit and reordered as our neighbor had the same one so we could see how it SHOULD work. The 2nd one is perfect. Put in our boathouse and it has kept birds from pooping on the boat! Yay!!
