For the novice levitating item purchaser, this can take a bit of getting used to and learning with regard to getting it to levitate. However, once you do, and the seller is amazing, simply amazing with regard to helping, teaching, communication and so much more, you'll get the groove in no time. It's the center piece of my credenza and has everyone who's seen it so far mesmorized. It's a show stopper for sure, but for me, even more ... I'm a moon lover and have been since I was a wee little one many many decades ago and to have the moon right in my living room is the most beautiful and wonderful feeling. It's an absolute talk of the town type of item, beautifully designed and crafted and I couldn't be more thrilled. The only thing that I don't love about it is that there's no on off switch. You can easily turn the light on and off, but the moon continues spinning - which isn't only caused by the magnet itself, but also by it being plugged in. So, the only way to fully shut it and not keep using electricity 24/7 is to unplug it. With it on my credenza, unplugging it means having to catch the plug before it fallls behind it, and then leaving it pushed under the stand so it won't go anywhere. An on/off switch would make this perfect and allow the customer to not only enjoy this one of a kind amazing product, but also save on the electric bill, while also not overusing the product and possibly wearing it out overtime. Aside from that one thing, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the moon, loves gadgets and would love to have something in their home that most people have never seen before. It truly is beautiful and magical. It's well worth the cost, it arrived on time and packed perfectly and during some issues I had at first, the seller was amazing and responded immediately - zero wait time on response - and helped right away. Definitely a big thumbs up and huge recommendation.

Well liked entertaining

First of all, it’s a little difficult and frustrating trying to get it to levitate, but we were willing to work with it because it looks cool once it’s on there. That only lasted about three months before it stopped working altogether. It also would get really hot, and we were worried that it’d start a fire. The description says the base is made of wood, but it’s plastic. The moon feels like it was 3-D printed. Basically it’s a cheap, flashy Christmas idea with a high price tag. Don’t waste your money, because as far as I can tell, they won’t replace them and won’t give you a refund.

Didn't come with a remote. Awesome product. When I received it, it was open. It's so cool I figured someone at the post office perhaps considered stealing it. But it was so difficult to get it to work for the 1st time, I almost thought it was broken. Maybe that's what the potential thief thought too. Afte so much effort I was finally able to place the globe perfectly in the magnetic field and enjoy the lamp. Perfect for a gift.

It was frustratingly hard to get it levitated. Every attempt just had it getting sucked back to the base. I found a trick that works for me and now it takes about a minute to get it holding again. The magnetic force keeps it spinning even if it’s rotating a different direction, it will begin to rotate the correct way. So once you get it up, don’t touch it.It’s actually really cool. The 3D print looks realistic at a slight distance (like from your bedside table to your bed). In fact, it almost looks holographic from there.There’s a sequence to hit the power button which activates the light in different modes (white, yellow, or slow-changing back and forth from white to yellow). Unfortunately mine just wants to always change back and forth from white to yellow. Not a big deal, but between that and the levitation being so hard and frustrating to get at first, I only gave it 4 stars.Also, the moon floats with or without power (magnets, of course).

My daughter loves this, but I found out how to center it because it is very hard to center it based on their instructions due to the strong magnet that moved it to the side. They should use my instructions. Here’s what I did: Simply form your fingers (both hands) in the shape of a circle, and set the round moon/device on top of your fingers, then lower your fingers down to the base so that it will only make contact with the center. This was the only way we were able to center it easily and quickly. Love this device. Highly recommend. Color changes are beautiful.

It was very difficult to set once it was set,it sat for three days and never rotated. I sent it back.

This moon globe looks great and once it is properly positioned, spins and changes color. It elevates the mood and makes a good gift. It also serves as a night light if left on. Doesn't take too much power.

The media could not be loaded. VERY AESTHETICALLY PLEASING!! I like how I can change the color of the light with 15 colors and switch the speed for 4 modes: flash, strobe, fade, and smooth (check the video to see the diff effects!).The only thing I would complain about is it is decently hard to manipulate it at first. I tried for SO MANY TIMES before I finally made it work;/ But once you get the right angle, you are all set!!And all you need to do then is to appreciate this luxurious and aesthetic looking beauty in your rooooom ahaha :DIt is good as a gift for friends too I think, they got a very cute gift card that you can write words on.

Could not get it to work and it became very hot. Sent it back easily thanks to Amazon.

Works well, bit difficult to get it to initially float but with a little patience it works fine and looks really good.I did have an issue with it but the company were very helpful and sorted the problem straight away.
