Great product

I bought this less than a year ago and treated it very well. The things started smoking the other day and would not stream water through the spout to fill my cup. It just kept dangerously smoking. I turned it off and no water was sucked in the spout to start the process. This was a waste of money. I have a regular coffee pot as well so I don’t use it all the time.

This machine is great!

It broke within a month. Luckily, I returned it and bought the Amazon basics model. Same product, comparable price but appears to be better quality and has a 1 yr warranty.

I ordered this coffeemaker for its one cup size and price. It is compatible with k-cups or ground coffee…. except if you don’t receive the filter basket (I did get the lid though!) for ground coffee. I also ordered it in red but I received a black one. These are not major issues so not worth the trouble to return it. I’m disappointed that a simple order could not be fulfilled accurately.

Great product

So, this little machine is a piece of garbage. I loved the low profile and color. I got it open box, so it was super cheap as well! Thing is, it's a piece of junk! On, or off, the second you pour water through the top, it starts pouring out the bottom making water mess all over the counter. At first, figured it was me, nope. You have to unplug it to turn it off. Even open box, it's not worth it. Going back.
