I have these on my large parrot cage and they work perfect. I used to use like a chain and a hook but these suffice of course I have a new baby bird maybe soon when he gets older he’ll figure out how to undo

Cheap quality
The springs broke after 1 week. Poor quality metal.

Bought these to put on the door of my rabbit hutch...it came with a slide down lock that was very easy to push up and then the door would hang open.....always backed it up with a wire twist.....now I can just unhook and easily reach in
