As far as guides go this is as good as they get

Bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. Well constructed and content is bountiful. She can't get enough facts about dinosaurs. This book will help encourage any budding paleontologist.

My son likes the book a lot, but there is one very important thing that this book lacks, which is how to pronounce the names.

Needed for a class. Was exactly as described. It was much cheaper to buy from here than to buy from the bookstore.

There is some other prehistoric-life-book that I bought before this one. It is very obvious that the images in that book, are all done by the same artist, and originated from that book. What I'm saying is, the actual particular book that we are mainly discussing is just a collection of many images from various other books. Even though these books might share the same publisher or whatever, the authors are two different people. The rest of the book is also filled with some really bad dinosaur images.

Very good book. Lots of illustrations and notes for kids to use.
