Rhodiola is a great supplement that helps you deal with stress, and fatigue and can help you lower your blood pressure. A lot of folks take Ashwagandha for this, but in some cases, it doesn't work well for them -- Rhodiola has similar benefits and I've found I get more out of supplementing with Rhodiola personally. Ashwagandha can leave me feeling "flat" whereas Rhodiola I am more positive. I prefer that to being numb.I feel calmer and handle stress well and don't seem to get caught in negative thought patterns when I use this herb.It's also good for your Liver and has claims attached to it that it helps you control your blood sugar.This is a great manufacturer that follows strict procedures when making these. It's costlier than other Rhodiola supplements out there, but this is standardized at a correct ratio which is something you usually don't see in this supplement in my experience. They're manufactured in Austria.I've been taking these for a few days and haven't noticed any side effects and I feel pretty great mood-wise.You get a 90-day supply if you supplement with this daily. That brings the cost per month down to something reasonable if this works for you.

I’m a big fan of Rhodiola and have been taking it on and off for years now. If you haven’t read up on the myriad of potential benefits of Rhodiola, you should! It’s pretty amazing stuff. What some people may not realize is that the studies that were done on its benefits are using a standardized Rhodiola at a particular ratio. This one happens to have the correct ratio of rosavins and salidosrides (3:1) as well as the ideal amounts of both. Many Rhodiola supplements are not standardized so it’s nice to see that in this formula. The capsules are small in size and are easy to swallow. They come in a plastic container but it’s a little “cooler” than the typical container with a unique safety seal and a little slot to dispense. There’s 90 of these and I usually take them on weekdays only (apparently it’s good to cycle with Rhodiola), so these should last me about 4 months.

I can't say whether this Rhodiola Rosea Formula really helps combat stress yet. I can say that they were easily taken and that I had no side effects from them.

As with any natural supplement, it generally takes weeks to months before one can truly assess full benefits of taking it, so I can mostly comment on the quality of the product and the quality of this company. This supplement is made in Austria, by a company that I would say manufactures some very high-end supplements in terms of quality and standardization. Rhodiola is commonly “prescribed” in Germany I know (I used to live there) for mental well-being, and as such companies that produce rhodiola for the German market are strictly standardized, and this similarly applies to most of the Western EU countries that sell into Germany. This company of course is of that high caliber and as such I trust their manufacturing as well as the content of their supplements. I am thankful to find these here in the USA, and so far the best place I have seen them is of course via Amazon!Thank you Amazon for carrying this brand and also for carrying this important supplement for mental health. Their supplements are made in Austria where there is high manufacturing standards, so you can have peace of mind in purchasing them.I've been living under a fair amount of stress these last 6 months, so when I saw this supplement I was happy to try it out. The adaptogenic properties of Rhodiola Rosea support cognitive performance/endurance and provide general resistance to stress. I've been taking 1 cap/day as part of daily supplement regimen and haven't had any adverse effects. The capsules are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. There's been a significant improvement in my mood and mental cognition. Very happy with it!As far as value goes, this brand is pricier than other Rhodiola Rosea supplements out there. Currently $39.90 for a 3 month supply or $13.30/month. I've had good results from taking it though, so overall I recommend it!

I've had good experiences in the past with supplements that include a dose of rhodiola herbs with a relaxing and calming effect. I originally got this to help me handle stress better and keep my blood pressure under control, as I really need to watch mine if I want to stay off medication. I also really like the reputation this brand has for quality control and putting together a great product, in general. And I've been curious about Rhodiola for a while, so I was excited to have a chance to try this.At this point, I've been taking this for a couple of weeks, and I'm feeling really great so far. I feel alert, and although it could be my imagination, I don't feel like stress has been getting to me to the same degree it normally would. I may need to take it longer than this to really know the extent to which it helps, but I definitely feel the difference. So far, so good with my blood pressure, too.Great product that I definitely recommend if you're interested in Rhodiola. This brand puts out a good product that's worth investing in over the other options out there.
