Contacted customer service. this device is not compatible in US. Will be returning device. Unfortunately I cant give lower than a 1 rating. False advertising. also reporting to Amazon.

I love the item it worked well but the only problem I had with the item was it would not connect via Bluetooth because the item was from Canada . I called the company that made the item and they said that The one I had was from Canada so it would not connect via Bluetooth. They said that I needed to purchase one that was sold by Amazon.

Wrist monitor is much easier to use than arm monitors. Has 120 memories with date and time. My arm monitor started to leak after many years of use. Without a long tube and large arm cuff, this one has less parts to leak or break. I hope it will last a long time.

Bought for my spouse who needed a more accurate device. This device had the same reading as thedoctors office. She also felt it was very easy to use.

Our old monitor began sending really odd ball readings. My primary care doctor recommended this company and type and it's really great.

even though this products states it is Bluetooth and connects to app when downloaded, it will not connect in any way to Bluetooth in the app or without the App. Connecting this device to Bluetooth is supposed to be used to track readings.
