The product listing says it's CPSC certified, but there is no label on the helmet to confirm this is true. One sticker says it "conforms to EN 1078", but that does not mean CPSC certified. I bought two of these for my kids and both are exactly the same. I'll be returning them and searching for a better helmet.

Update: reduced rating after a summer of use. My kids use these daily for bike riding on the neighborhood sidewalks. Pretty gentle but frequent use. The color faded and changed from the blue to a faded green. Not a big deal, just with noting. The big problem is one of the helmets is completely cracked all around the top. This was not from a fall. It just got weak. The helmet is no longer safe for protection.This has been a good helmet for my kids.I hope my info on fit may help you select the best size for you. I wasn’t entirely sure what the best size would be. Ordered mediums for my kids, all 8 and 9. I really should have gotten smalls. The mediums slide around on their heads so I just added some foam around the inside. Hopefully their heads will grow into them in a couple of years.I also got vinyl stickers so they could each customize their helmets to their liking. That worked perfect for customization.

The helmet is not CPSC Certified. The header is very misleading and can put children's lives in danger. The feeling between this helmet and one that is CPSC Certified is night and day.

Even after measuring my 2 year old’s head, this was way too big for her. We ordered the smallest size, but it fit me instead! (Why would they include a picture with a toddler, too?)

I feel much more secure now when wearing my helmet in the house. Though I anticipate it will also work well for OUTSIDE activities, due to COVID I am currently using it for parkour and roller derby indoors in the living room. 10/10 recommend, and the mastiff said the color is top notch.

This is a great product. My 10-year-old loves the color, style, comfort… Etc. the shipping took forever and when it arrived it arrived in a box that literally looked like it had been put through a trash compactor. The product inside was somehow unharmed. I guess that’s all that matters.

I was weary about buying a helmet on Amazon but with the pandemic, there was not much for adult helmets around my local store. I am a believer - this is a great helmet. It fits well, it's very white and it's solid. I bought the helmet for inline skating but I also use it for biking now.

I had this for a few weeks and wore it a couple of times before it caught on the doorknob of my apartment door and ripped the chin strap off. Based on how easily the strap tore, I don't think it would have stood up to a crash. Kind of terrifying.

The plastic used for the helmet's shell is thin & brittle. Looks like/feels like it would shatter upon the first toss (as kids do!) let alone stand up to the impact of an actual fall. It's not Canadian Standard Association (CSA) approved. There's zero CSA indication anywhere on helmet which makes perfect sense in light of obvious & severely lacking quality reasons. I could see the plastic in this helmet potentially shattering & causing injury instead of doing the protection job for which it's intended. Do not buy.

So the helmet fits well, was exactly the colour in the photo (a vibrant aqua blue), and is adjustable to your head side with a twisting knob on the back.. However, it is a little thicker than most helmets. Taking the one star off just cause I was expecting my friends to tell me I looked like Tony Hawk circa 2002 with this helmet on, but instead they teased me and said I look like a child wearing a bicycle helmet that's a little large for their head.

Very low quality, the foam padding on the back started separating from the helmet after the first use! Also the size range might be a bit generous as my daughter was on the smallest end this helmet just flops around as there is no adjustment to tighten on the back.

I love it, what a great price and the colour is lovely. It's got a really sensitive-yet-secure system for tightening it to your head. I'm glad i got a large. My head measures 22-somthing inches, can't remember now, but it adjusts well.

Even though my head measures 22.5 inches, the large did not fit. There was a lot of pressure on my forehead even with the dialon the loosest setting. I actually bought a couple of brands to try, and the other fit better. Just a warning, when I requested a return, it said that $7 would be deducted from my refund for shipping.
