I got this for my best friends because she turned 16. It’s a big good quality card, the words on the fake license plate pop out like a regular license plate does. The words inside say “Happy birthday to a classy, sassy and overall bad ass bitch”. it’s funny and made sense for the person I was giving it to. there is also space on the card to write your own message. They also came with free stickers!
