This is a really useful addition to my sewing box. The light helps enormously especially when threading needles with a smaller eye. As I get older it’s really frustrating when doing such a simple task takes longer to do than it used to. We take our eyes (amongst other things) for granted so anything we can do to make life easier I’m all for it. Not bad value for two in a pack. Just hope they last longer than the ordinary needle threaders.

Very Easy to use .

Can not fault the items as they are very easy to use, but as this was brought for a Christmas present I was shocked to find that it broke with easy when being used (no force was being used for it to break). These products are a staple in someone’s embroidery kit, therefore need to be sturdy and not easily breakable.

Terrible product , the wire is so flimsy it twists and makes the instrument unusable. Waste of money

I must admit I ordered this with some scepticism, since it appeared to be built on the same principle as the flimsier version- dozens of which we have all destroyed quite quickly. However, I don’t know how the manufacturers have managed it, but it will withstand quite hard use, and even when it does not at first appear to succeed, with perseverance will in the end get your difficult thread through. I’m very impressed.

It makes threading the sewing machine needle so easy. A must have. The light makes such a difference.

Helpful product.

Most of my issue with this item may be due to handling or shipping errors. The 2 threaders arrived with the protective covers shattered and the threading wires bent. That being said, they both work and seem to be durable with even my less than steady hands. The light is very helpful. And the size makes it easily to find in my sewing paraphernalia, where the smaller thumb size ones find in the bottom of the bins. Suggestion: these should not be shipped in the same container with heavy items.

I just received these and the caps are cracked on both. I noticed this while they were still in the package. I do like the unit, the light is fantastic which is the main reason I ordered them. The wire is the same as another that I have which is good. The cap is important since I plan to use them in my travel machine also. I will find something to protect the wire so I am keeping them. I would also order again.
