Wide mouth doesn't stay as warm as a standard mouth
I've had good experiences with Hydro Flask bottles over the past few years. I recently dropped a wide mouth 20 oz bottle a few too many times, resulting in not being able to keep hot water warm for more than a couple of hours.I bought this new, light blue 20oz wide mouth as a replacement, knowing that this is my preferred size.Upon arrival, I poured boiling water into 2 flasks: this wide mouth and a standard one. 12 hours later, the temperature was within 5 degrees of each other. Good enough for me.I prefer the wide mouth when traveling so I can easily add ice. The ice makers at hotels all have differently sized ice.This wide mouth flask worked well on my recent trip.
