I've tried all of the different supplements by Qualia and this one is my fav. Noticeable difference in focus and drive when doing long boring hours of paperwork and reports.

I was in a very deep funk that didn't want to turn around when I decided to take a risk and use this product. I am coming out of a 10 year relationship and the grief has been overwhelming. I finally realized that my life is worth more than $150, so I decided to try the product and see if this horrible pain could be ameliorated.Results: Success beyond what I expected.Beginning: Qualia made me feel speedy the first week, but as it started to level out, I felt a qualitative change in my well-being that I honestly didn't think was possible.One month later:1 - I feel more social and happy to be around people. I have always been an introvert, but when I'm depressed, I can take it to a new level. After a month of Qualia, I'm ORGANIZING outings with lots of friends. I feel connected with people in a way I just didn't when in the darkness of depression.2 - I am MUCH more creative. I have been producing some top quality work, and my job is creative by nature. (Lots of writing, playing music, art, etc.) I have been producing some of my finest work this month and notice a small improvement in my technique on guitar and violin.3 - I feel capable of problem solving old dilemmas that I thought were unresolvable4 - I like the feeling of being in my own body; the gym is enjoyable!5 - I don't need to take my ADHD medication. Adderall helps me focus but destroys my appetite (not in a good way, but in an erratic, up and down kind of way) and does little for my mood. It levels out in the system so that over time if I don't take it I feel like I'm glued to the floor. Qualia is radically different in this respect. It doesn't kill my appetite so that I can't eat at all, while still holding sugar cravings at bay. It develops a baseline in you so that you can take those two days off and feel fine, even energetic. I only have to take 2/3 of the recommended dosage of Qualia, even though I had take an enormous dose of adderall. I'm completely shocked and overjoyed to know that this healthy alternative is possible.6 - The energy level is intense, but it levels out in the first month and becomes a pleasant energy level. I recommend working out while taking Qualia - it helps to regulate the energy and the two together have exponentially positive impacts when interacting.7- I feel like life is worth living again. There was a while when I didn't feel that way.I will have to return in a couple months and see what the long term impacts are. But I am very happy with this product in the meantime. What a game changer.

Where must I begin? For one, the initial "stomach empty" capsules wake you right up. That is a huge plus. On the first day, I took the recommended 9 pills... MISTAKE. I couldn't handle all the B vitamins at once and was still on my trusty Sports vitamins the day before and felt physically jittery but mentally barren. Strangely, I developed an unbelievably uncomfortable desire to understand life and death through suicide; obviously, I did not pursue as that would be ridiculous but it did convince me to lower my pill in-take to only 3 and gradually work my way to nine over a two week period.The good: it didn't reignite my creative side (I purchased because I've not illustrated in over a year and my writing has become an annual thing rather than an everyday exercise) but it did prevent me from sitting still and doing nothing; anytime the pills were in my system, It forced me to get out of the house and DO something. Also made it incredibly difficult to be bothered by much. Once my body adjusted to the supplement, I found myself being quieter and more focused on practical matters.The bad: after the initial first two, there were no significant cons (keep in mind that no supplement will miraculously reprogram a human being to be more productive) aside for when the chemicals start fading; you're overcome by this sense of being; you become unbothered but you lose any interest in doing anything; you feel very aware but also very mentally fatigued; you grow cynical but relaxed. It's as if something inside shuts "off". In that sense, it's much easier to fall asleep.A good 6-8hr rush. Not good for physical activities like labor or extensive fitness as it isn't a sports vitamin and thus lacks everything but the B vitamins.Start with small dosages and work your way up. It's a great supplement but by no means a magic elixir.

I often found myself with brain fog after having my child. I was 10 months postpartum when I came across this product and within a few short days, I could feel it working and found myself being more productive at work.

I'm writing this review two weeks after I finished my first Qualia bottles.Positives:-Higher functioning. Since I work at a high paced job environment that requires a very high functioning mind. I felt a slight difference, not drastic though.-Social enhancement. I'm not a social animal, nor I talk and socialize for the sake of doing so, but Qualia gave me that social edge on several occasions.-Mental awareness. I've always considered my awareness as my strong point. It felt even stronger under Qualia.Negatives:-Occasional lethargy-Sudden mood swingsAll in all, Qualia was not bad, but was not really as strong is it claimed to be.Note: I improved my sleep gradually, and started a healthier lifestyle so that Qualia is fully absorbed.

The media could not be loaded. the items expired date on february 13, 2025..was delivered at the end of januari 2025...3 bottles, pls dont send the defect items..how can finished 3 bottles for 2 weeks ?
