Love this book!
Got this per my 8 year old’s request. His teacher does yoga and guided meditations in their class at school and he likes it to relax before sleeping. Highly recommend it- nice quality and nice illustrations.

Love this. Beautifully illustrated short relaxation stories for children to visualise & relax. Great for attention & listening games too & general group R one to one intervention for relaxation, de stressing or fun imagination games. So glad I found this book!!

Brilliant book I'm collecting all the range :)
Great book with some slightly longer stories. Where the other book in the range is for any age I think this is for a slightly older child personally but brilliant all the same :) such a great book to have in if you have a child that needs help relaxing :)
