So, I think this is one of those things that works best if the portion of your body that has an issue is actually right on top of the mat.I have sciatica and this definitely helped. But, it also felt as if it stopped helping and became not as noticable an effect since my sciatica discomfort is mostly gone while laying on this.I certainly felt my tissues relax, or something, within about twenty minutes. And, the first night we could only use it a few hours before unplugging it due to too much releasing actually becoming uncomfortable.We use it now for the full night and are beyond happy with purchase.

Overall the quality of workmanship seemed to be pretty nice with this mat. However do your homework prior to buying can't be returned once it's used and you have to use it to see if it works for you it didn't work for me now becomes a pile hidden in the corner of a closet.

Feel like your sleeping on a cheap mattress

I have slept really hard since receiving this for my birthday. My mom knows my spiritual grounding practice and with it being way too hot to go outside I haven’t been able to practice much. This was exactly what I needed. My husband even likes it.

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. He said that the grounding mat made him sleep better. I bought it and put it on my bed and I could not see a difference. Perhaps it’s because I live in a fifth wheel full time and there is electrical vibes around you constantly. I ended up sending it back. Had really hoped that it would’ve worked. Perhaps if I was in a sticks and bricks house, it would work better. Good luck.

they need stronger bed bands ..they need to be 3 time stronger so they would last
