True Practice
Blessed to find such pure wisdom on the subject of pranayama. Highly recommended to the serious student /teacher that is on the path and looking to dive deeper into pranayama then what can be found in most books. I found information here that isn't in any book I've read and I have a dozen books on pranayama alone and have been practicing and teaching for many years. If your called to this DVD know that truly it is part of something very special in the yoga tradition. Namaste

Great.I recommend to all of this DVDs series of Yogacharya Dr Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani. You will not find men without shirts showing your muscles, or girls in sexy clothes. You will see a line of traditional Yoga. This is true Yoga.Andre RizziBrazil
