My husband found it fairly easy to assemble. It took approximately 2 hours. The only thing that gave us a bit of issue was finding the remote control module. It was tucked up in the foot area out of sight. The remote feature was great allowing adult control when needed. Our granddaughter is 3 and she learned to drive it on her own quickly (with verbal commands from her Dad who was nearby at all times). She loved it and we enjoy watching her beaming face while she drives her Bentley around the neighborhood.

This is so cute. Got this for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it!!!! Every other car I have purchased for my other children (2 boys) I hated bending over trying to drive for them. Love that this has a remote so I can sit in the driveway and drive the car for her...Just LOVE This CAR!!!!

This car is very cute. Great with remote for adults to drive when kids jump out and leave it and you have to bend over and push pedal and steer all the way home. However it comes with two keys and they’re very very cheap and break off in ignition. Kids can’t help but play around turn it off and on a million times. Well not 1 but two broke off in. There. So that’s no fun. Customer service was great and told me the other way to turn switch on under the dash of the car. But expect some broken keys in ignition and trying to get them out cuz I guarantee it’ll happen.

We purchased a Bentley GTC 12V Kids Ride OnBattery Powered Wheels Car on April 2017. My niece loves it. Unfortunately the key is broken and part of the key is inside. I email to Big Toy and they called me right away. The costumers service amazing. They’re very polite and helped answer the questions. Thank you for the gentlemen who called me!

My daughter lovvvves this. The parent remote takes some practice to use...a redesign would be good.Even though the product is mostly plastic,it is very high quality. The battery life is much better then I expected. We drove thecar almost 2 miles before the battery ran down.

I love the car and the fact it has a remote to control the car being that my baby is only 16 months my only issue with it for her is that it's hard to control and keep the wheel straight when using the remote also it jerks real hard and how the seat is made it may just not be good for her at this age other than that I love the car it wasn't too bad to assemble good quality and arrived in great condition hopefully when she gets a little older it will be better for her

Everything worked great besides the turn signals. They sent me a new one and everything worked out!! They stand behind their product.
