Works great and easy to install
Phenominal! Get the one with LED to indicate data activity on the pins...like the good old days with Blackbox & RadioShack breakout boxes. Don't forget to get a couple of null modem & gender benders...you'll likely need them if youre working on different flavors of routers & switches.

Works as a CAT cable for Yaesu FTDX-1200 HAM Transcievers
This is the only cable I have found so far that actually changes the frequency of my Yaesu HAM rig. Software used: CubicSDR version 0.2.8-4-Darwin-Arm64 Computer: Apple Macbook M2 with MacOS Sonoma SDR box: SDRplay model RSP1B Sure I had to use a gender changer, but it works!

USB RS232 driver cable
This USB RS232 driver cable worked perfectly for the application we needed. It's cost is much less than the main stay Tripp cable we purchased in the past. Worth the savings and did the job.

It works!!!
The link to the drivers on the box was inaccessible but the cable worked fine with Windows 10 and PuTTy. Used this cable and a couple other bits (null modem adapter and 9-pin serial gender changer) to successfully connect to an old bricked Dell SAN and bring it back online.

It just works!
I needed this device to interface a piece of test equipment to my PC, running Windows 10. RS 232 isn't always the easiest interface to manage, but I plugged this lead into the PC, set the terminal software to 8-n-1 format and 9600baud. Windows set this device up as COM6. Plugged the D connector into the remote device and they started communicating with no fuss at all! The LEDS for Power, TxD and RxD are handy to prove data is moving, although they are out of sight most of the time. I have been able to test this cable at 9600 and 115,200baud with no apparent issues. Great little adapter.

IT WORKS !!! - This really works!!! :-)
This is the FIRST USB-SERIAL ADAPTER that WORKS with my old Phillips Pronto. I bought 3 Adapters USB-Serial before and NONE of them worked. This is working 100%. Just set the Com Port to 1 (Instead of Com Port 3). I'm so happy I could dance. I get my Pronto IR Remote Controls to work with my newer hardware. Yippie! The lights on the adapter are helpful. I figured them out as follows.: RED-ON YELLOW-transmitting GREEN-fast transmitting Unfortunately the manual is a flaw. Could have been a bit more detail.
