I read all the reviews before ordering, and knew not to jam this down, wear gloves, & have paper towels handy. It was for a bathroom sink, so I put it down the drain gently & slowly twisted it. Wow…first try & this gross wad of hair came out. Water runs freely down & worked like a charm! Husband was happy he didn’t have to take the pipes apart. Since it was so cheap, I just threw it away.

Our tub drain was already a little slow when I moved in a year ago but using drain cleaner every so often seemed to keep things moving...until I started losing massive amounts of hair after having our son. Recently it got so bad that I probably could have taken a bath without closing the drain! Cleaning solutions no longer helped. I remembered my Dad telling me about the big name brand version of this product but seeing the difference in price combined with the high rating led me to choose this instead. Shipping took about a month but the results were so worth it! I couldn't remember how to remove the top piece of the drain but the product worked nonetheless. The clog it removed was so massive that it got stuck and I had to yank with both hands (so gross) but that just goes to show how effective this was! Plus, once I had grabbed the hair anyway, I figured I may as well see if I could reuse clog remover. The clog slipped right off so technically you can totally use these things again. Given the price for four pieces, though, if touching the hair grosses you out, who cares if you throw the whole mess away? Can't recommend highly enough!

This is such a simple concept but it works great. I would never have guessed how much junk there was inside my drains. With one, I did the tub, shower, and 3 sinks. Great invention!

Update again: Buy these…… But them now!! They are one of the best products you could ever use. The price is fantastic and the ease of use is fabulous.Update: I got a clogged bathroom sink. I ran one of these down it and pulled out a make up brush that one of my kids had dropped down the sink. It literally took 2 minutes to clean out the clog. I just bought more. Seriously one of the easiest things to use and it’s super effective! Life saver!!!!!! Cheap enough to toss when finished but you could definitely clean and reuse it.Best purchase ever!! It was easy to use, clean, and works like a dream. I was having problems with the tub not draining and everyone in our home has long hair. I bought this and it took maybe 5-7 minutes to clear the drain. (I’ve never had to do this before. ) It’s draining like a champ now and I removed enough a hair to make a wig. 😂.
