After hearing so much about these hoops I decided to get this one as it also had a counter on it and shows you how many calories you've burnt and how many reps. Well upon using it I noticed the counter wasn't calculating the reps as the weighted ball went through/round. Unfortunately I'm rather disappointed with it just for this reason. I paid a little extra to have one that counts reps/calories so I could record my daily progress but unfortunately this is not the case. Overall good product but crappie counter.😢

Love the principle and it is good for core movement and loosening the spine. Beware it does pinch quite a lot on bare skin causing bruising, but its an even bigger pain to use over any clothing, however thin, as it ruckles up and get trapped..

I was wondering if you sell extra knots ad it is a bit small for me and would like to use it to help with exercise.

Counter didn't work after 1st use. Holder broken so battery keeps falling out. Other than that I like the product.

the battery keeping falling out of the calories loss counter/timer that was the reason why I bought this particular hula hoop for the timer/calorie loss counter I even tried to tape battery back in it still keeps falling out. The Hula hoop is sturdy and easy to use and easy to assemble

It was hard to use at first but as you keep on practicing and watching videos on how to properly use it, in just 1-2 days, I got the hang of it. It is somewhat sturdy for its price, easy to assemble but needs extra care in the joints/connectors.
