These are gentle on my belly and give a fair boost of energy. I find caffeinated gels upset my stomach. I like the Stinger honey based gels but these are even better, they give me a bigger boost. When racing, I rotate between these Accel gels and Roctane every 45 minutes and find I never bonk. These don’t have the same rocket-fuel effect as Roctane but they are the second best of any of the gels I have tried. I like all the flavors, they are mild and taste natural. No issues at all with these, the energizing effect lasts a solid 40 to 45 minutes.

I used Accel for the first time yesterday on a 20-mile run. I loved it! I didn't crash. I was able to power through all 20-miles of an extremely hilly course. The only drawback (& it's my fault) is I thought Accel was a plant-based fuel system. I learned yesterday morning, it wasn't. Some contain milk &/or soy. Nonetheless, my stomach wasn't upset.My favorite flavors are chocolate, vanilla, & (surprisingly) key lime. I generally disdain fuel for its overly sweet taste, however, those 3 flavors weren't as sweet. I've been told decreasing my caffeine intake 4 days prior to using the gel would amplify the effect of the gel. I'm going to try in 2 weeks.

This product is awesome. Great flavors. It is very easy to swallow while you are riding. The only issue was that I ordered a "Rapid Energy" and I received mainly "Protein Powered". I guess it was a picking error! I hope next time be ok!

Have been using Accel Gels for years....training and races. They'll never let you down.

The flavors are all good. Not as thick as Gu. My stomach has no issues with these gels.

Didn't mess with my stomach at all. Drank water with them though. Will buy again
