MioClothFaux Fur Winter Earflap Russian Ushanka Hat - Fur Lined Winter Cap

My child loves to wear different hats. This hat became a trend at school. It is very warm. The flaps are sown into place, and was worn so much that we bought a second one and repaired the original one.

It's a nice enough hat but not what was described in the picture. This is not brown, not the color I wanted but it's okay and I'm not going to return it.

I was surprised/horrified when it came totally vacuum-sealed...but it turned out to be so poofy and comfortable immediately! It has a small buckle on the bottom which you can also use to buckle the "ears" on the top. I really love how warm and soft and durable this hat is! It definitely looks cultural and unique. Nevertheless I would recommend this hat to anyone looking to purchase a quality ушанка.

Ordered brown and received oatmeal... unless they think this color is brown. Unfortunately this is for a costume tomorrow and there won't be time for a replacement. It is a very soft hat though. Just wish it was what we ordered.

I was surprised that this hat makes the wearer look somewhat fashionable, as opposed to a Walter Fudd kind of character. No one will joke with you about "did you get your deer yet?" or anything else like that. I do think it is best for women, though, and not men, because it is not very macho. (Sorry if this sounds sexist.) I gave it to my wife, who loves it and looks great in it. She said it is very warm, especially when she wears it under a hood. For the price, you can't go wrong.

It’s a pretty snug fit with my hair pulled back flat. Definitely meant for small pointy heads.
