The Ultimate Guide to Channeling is a book that intrigued me as I've always been interested in channeling but not known much about it. It is a fantastic book that covers everything you could need to know and more!I like how, like other books from this publisher, the books start with essentials like basics and ways to protect yourself before getting to what you likely came to the book for. The way the book explains everything is very easy to understand but it's not at all simplified, just explained really well. I like it that way as it feels you are getting a good amount of information but it's not too overwhelming.The meditations throughout the book are great and I like how they get more difficult as the book goes on as it means you get to work your way up rather than being put off initially if it was too hard. The way the book directs you back to a specific page of you are struggling is handy though and I like that this shows the book considers different levels of those reading.Although there are methods of channeling and connecting to intuition throughout the book, I found the methods of channeling fascinating and I'd definitely be interested in trying some of those in the future. This is a fantastic book that is a very interesting read and would be great as an introduction to channeling.
