Product broke after only 3 months. However, the customer service was very helpful and sent an alternate replacement product since product had been discontinued.

I purchased this phone case because of the many great reviews. After accidentally dropping my phone on "Friday the 13th", the ONE day I take my phone out of its case, I drop it on my driveway getting out my car. So after taking it to Apple to get my screen repaired they just gave me a brand new phone. Not taking any more chances or risk I decided to then purchase this case.I just received it today and I have to say, the build quality is superb. Very well built and life proof. I will say this phone case is HUGE. Looks like the Samsung note 4 or something lol. But if you basically need a case that's life proof, this is the one. For the price and what it offers this is perfect. This case is excellent if you baby your phone like me, or if you have children's who doesn't really care for your phone. Or even if you just want a phone case you know that will actually LAST. This may very well be my last phone case for you iPhone 7 plus. It really feels like it could last forever. I placed a gift card next to my phone just so you guys can kind of get an idea of how big it is.Pro's: Very well built. That's all you need to know.Con's: There's not a lot I don't like about this case. Actually there's nothing I hate about this case but it is "bulky and a little big" which isn't a concern for me.

I bought this case and was very excited to receive it. Put it together and it functioned perfectly for a couple of weeks. Last week I noticed that it wouldn't stand up. I like to use the top and the clip to prop it up while i'm working so that i can see the screen at an angle instead of laying it down. Well, it wouldn't stand, i'd try to engage the clip and it wouldn't engage. My first thought was that i'd worn it out already - but under further inspection i realized that at some point the top part of the clip had cracked so that when i pressed it to engage it - it wouldn't - because of the crack. Bummer. SEE UPDATE I've already thrown out the box - so i'll probably toss the entire case and find another one. Looked to see if i could replace the clip - but didn't see where i could just purchase that. I'm very disappointed as this was the best feature and the reason i bought the case (other than needing a case so my phone wouldn't break). And of course the price was great. Guess in the end - it wasn't that great. UPDATED: The company sent me a replacement clip and connecting cover - just like new. Thanks for replacing it.

Very poor quality! I was afraid to look at it too hard as it might break into pieces! The case they sent me looked like a return that had markings on it!Buyer beware!!! 👎👎

This case seems to protect the phone really well, which is the #1 goal. However, it takes a bit of effort to put on and my nails are going to go through hell to take it off. The openings (for the plug on the bottom and for the lock button on the side) are a little tricky to close. There's two extra holes on the front, above the screen. You really have to line everything up and then tweak this and that to get it just right. I absolutely hate the volume control buttons as I have to practically break a finger to press them in enough. The power button isn't a problem, but those volume control ones....wow. I'm not going to test it by dropping it in or out of water, but I do think it will protect the phone from accidental drops. Overall, it's a good case. I just take off a star because of the little minor things that make it frustrating to put the case on, pull it off, or to use all of the phone's functions.

Holster clip broke within a week.

How’s it going I’ve had this case on all myiPhone’s - the 5s - 6s —and now for my upgrade to the 8 plus I purchased it again .?This case is comfortable which is the 1st main thing it has to be — I’ve dropped my phone ?? I can’t remember exactly but a lot and nothing ever happen to my phone/ I take it apart every 3 months and clean it —- people spend money on the Outter Box which is$50 ‼️‼️ Meanwhile this case is $30 less / if not cheaper and will not fail you — I work construction and it’s in rugged terrian every day.... so if anybody has anything bad to say they must be doing a wrong- I hope this helps someone 😊
