I like this product because it gives me all the B vitamins in one supplement. It's important to get B vitamins, especially B6, B12 & B9 (folic acid, which our bodies can't produce on their own), and this supplement has all of those

Its an average product with not much effect for the price. Has been using this for the last 2.5 months but no much effect. The bottle always get struck as part of the cap comes out while opening and I had to shift the capsules to a different bottle.
