Love the bright yellow colour. These do assist with grip strength especially is you put some chalk on them but this is not necessary. I would advise that you size up though, I have small hands so ordered a small, however, I find that I am still getting rubbing through the grips and have been told that getting them with abit of additional material assists with this. The Velcro wrist straps are very secure and once done up are fixed there.

Possibly I had too high hopes from the brand, those grips did not last long until they started to fall apart...Material looks cheap too
