I bought this heart necklace because it has a little heart birthstone gem inside. The little heart represents my love that will always live inside my loved one's heart. I bought this necklace with the blue gem for my niece's March birthday present. She absolutely loves it. The craftsmanship is excellent and it is gorgeous when worn. I bought another one with a purple heart for my granddaughters sixteen February birthday and she loves hers as well. This makes a great birthday or Christmas gift for loved ones.
