I had been using a similar Thorne brand product, but they were temporarily out of it, so I looked for something similar and found Nordic Naturals, which also includes Potassium and Vanadium. I like this product, but may go back to Thorne's slightly less-expensive product when I use-up Nordic Naturals.

I actually had forgotten that these minerals were added to my handful of daily supplements when I realized after a few days that I felt more energetic and my mood was generally more elevated. These mineral supplements were the only addition made to my daily regimen so the placebo effect appears to be ruled out and shows that these are effective for me.

It’s hard to know how beneficial things like vitamins and minerals are but one measurement that I have noticed with these minerals is that I sleep better when taking them.

I normally don't write many reviews, but these vitamins have turned my life around! I have an autoimmune disease and miss out on a lot of vitamins. I can't have biotin or strong doses of calcium for bloodwork and absorbtion reasons. Most everyday vitamins found at the store give me the worst stomach ache, but Nordic Naturals make me feel the way I did 10 years ago before I got diagnosed! I thought waking up in pain everyday was going to be the rest of my life, but these vitamins have completely saved me! I can do things again and not have to worry about cramping or exhaustion! I drink lots of water so figured I might be diluting my minerals and electrolytes. Would have to do a blood test or something to verify.

I like these. They have helped me have more energy and helped get rid of some brain fog. I am usually low on a few minerals and these work well with helping me maintain my levels. I haven’t noticed any side effects. I would buy again.

This has a pretty wide array of essential minerals in my opinion. I feel the need to supplement minerals because our soils have been so severely depleted due to how we farm now--industrial farming.
