I really like the phone for all its features.... amazing

The previous Ulefone Power5 which came with the same 13.5k mah battery is about half the weight of this one, half its depth yet with similar screen size. All the grand extras for "ruggedness" dont really matter unless you plan to literally use the phone like a lifesaver in emergencies or as a substitute tool in your technical labour. As a phone its unbearably heavy and a complete brick. And I am sum1 who has used heavy phones earlier like Note4 with Zerolemon and the aforesaid Ulefone Power5. There are also a few glitches on software, e.g. no app drawer button, no way to select the home page from multiple pages, no way to remove docked app icons, no way to remove "At a Glance" widget on homepage which will occupy 30% of your home screen. Very limited launcher options. Extremely difficult to find settings within settings menu. The search option is all over the place. All in all wouldnt recommend this phone at all. Its got FAILURE written all over it, i got suckered due to previous Ulefone experience.

Very pathetic, not for regular use.., amazon didnt help me I lost 40000 in this deal ..,Very disaster product, amazon not help me to return this product, I lost trust , I stopped using amazon .this was my very bad experience with amazon.., this phone is not for regular use..I request alor to rfor return but amazon didnt help, so I am not going to do shopping with amazon..fed up

Weight is too much , as at this price you can buy other phones , performance of mobile is avarageNot good with 8 GB ram.

Only the opening screen during the first time phone boot does not show Tamil in menu, but after bootup and Android updates, Tamil localization is very much available.1) Tamil (India)2) Tamil (Singapore)3) Tamil (Malaysia)4) Tamil (Sri Lanka)However, many of the app names, app menus display in English. Only a few portions are translated (தமிழில் மொழிபெயர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது), a few others are transliterated (தமிழ் ஒலிபெயர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது). Most the menus in Tamil localization are still in English. But environment (தமிழ் சூழல், தனிப்பயனாக்கம்) including news, customization changes to Tamil after Tamil gets selected.
