The light therapy was relaxing for muscles and joints as long as it worked. However it did not last long enough. After 17 months it stopped working.If it provided replacement bulbs or had a longer warranty, that would improve the review.

ONE DAY after the 1 month return window closed to return this product, it started to malfunction! I'm pretty angry about that. The light is flickering on and off, and not staying on for the preset 10 minute duration. This is a faulty and unreliable product!

After seeing an unrelated video about IR light therapy for soft tissue injuries I thought I would give this a try. It has really helped my foot/ankle pain after tearing a tendon and ligament on top of my foot where nothing else has helped. Only disappointment was that I was hoping for a cure and after using twice daily for a few months it's only a treatment. If I stop using the pain comes back. Very pleased with the results though, I am no longer in constant pain while walking.

I bought this with hopes that it would help my aches and pains. It did that, even my sciatic nerve pain. it helped my knees, my wrists and my neck also. If I would have known I would have bought this years earlier.

Works for Back pain. Used it for my back and at first I thought it was not working. It doesn't t get very warm but after the 4th day my back pain hadreduced substantially. The instructions say that the healing comes from the infrared light more than the heat but I wish it got hotter. I've been using it for about 10 days now and been happy with the results.

I've been using it for 10 days now and so far absolutely no change in my arthritis pain. It does feel good while I'm using it but it's not doing anything lasting when the machine shuts off the Good feeling stops

I have just been diagnosed with RA, Lupus, and Fibermyalgia and this machine works wonders on pain management and inflamation in my hands.

The device would shut off every 2 or three minutes not all the outside lights shut off off.
