Having used Slimfast in the past and got reasonable results with it, I'd heard about Active Shape being higher in fiber and protein. Being older and finding out all about how your body reacts differently to when younger, I thought I'd give it a try. I'd been struggling for a few years to lose any more than 7 to 10lbs. So I lost hope and gave up numerous times. In January this year I decided to try again, but this time between intermittent fasting, prioritizing protein, keeping saturated fats and carbs/sugars low and using Active Shape, I am 15kg lighter, and won't be stopping till I get my happy 😁😁😁. I only like chocolate flavouers and these taste great. I mix with no sugar oat milk, and blend in a nutriblender for a much smoother consistency. I can recommend this as it works! ☺️☺️☺️Just ordered another 3 packs 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This tasted just awful and I’m not a stranger to meal replacements. It’s not palatable!

I usually use Slim fast as a breakfast substitute ( cant face eating 1st thing ).Could not get any delivered next day as ran out so tried this product instead.Make sure you shake all the powder down in the package before opening or powder will spill out. Having trouble resealing the package so have stuck down with Sellotape.Does not really thicken up like Slim fast does so does not feel as filling when drinking.Strange flavour at 1st but probably because I'm used to other brand and would eventually get used to it. Leaves bits at bottom of glass ( looks like pips from strawberries )I will not buy this again and will stick to other brand but that's my preference as I prefer thicker consistency. Can't say if this works as only had one glass and won't be continuing.

I have previously complained I did not receive this package but a bottle of hair dye in its place. I have since recovered the correct package and all is now in order. The hair dye arrived with the strawberry flavour from another supplier and now having found the correct package I am left a little red faced. My sincere apologies and I hope I have not caused further problems.Regards,John Lumsden

This has a lovely taste and leaves you feeling full until your next meal

Not the best but I did use it a little bit. I changed to slim fast as I feel this one did not taste very good. Very Sickly.
