The media could not be loaded. I placed my order on Friday. This fitness machine was delivered on Monday. I appreciate the quick shipping ! The instructions and all the correct pieces are included. The installation was fairly easy to put together. There are 3 main pieces to install: handle bars, track and main frame.The video shows that this fitness machine is sturdy. Also, this machine functions smoothly and is light weight to move to fold up. This fitness machine is more ideal for my fitness routine. This machine is similar to the abdominal machine at the fitness gym. I cancelled my gym membership, to have the convenience of my home gym. This fitness machine helps to do a full body workout. I am soooo very excited that I decided to invest in this new home gym machine. This abdominal machine really does target the abs and helps the other body parts to sweat.UPDATE:This fitness machine allows for small weight plates to be added onto the left side and the right side. My weight plates have the diameter 9 inches. This size is small enough to fit perfectly onto the left side and right side, of this Ab machine. I like to have a more intense workout. I added the weight plates. Each weight plate is 10 pounds. This is 10 pounds on the Left side. This is 10 pounds on the Right side. An extra 20 pounds added for my preference.I added 3 new photos to show that the small weight plates can fit.

This thing is great. It is easy to assemble and I use it regularly. I can feel the impact it has on my abs. It is really a great fitness device you can use at home, seems very effective and is smooth while you use it. I’ve seen visible improvements in just the couple months I’ve had it.

Pieces of crappy plastic end covers littered the box during unboxing. They were damaged (parts that are supposed to keep them in place were broken) most likely due to incorrect installation. The two bolts on the beam that connects the track and the main frame are not long enough to extend past the nylon locknut. The minimum amount of threads visible on these type of locknuts is two and in this case, NONE. So expect the bolts to back out when the machine is used often enough. The giant timer display sits loose in it's bracket, and doesn't power down so you'll need to remove the battery when not in use. Speaking of the battery, it came with one, was also under the machine crushed along with those plastic end caps.

Good delivery and problem solved

The biggest problem I see is two things One the pad where you put your knees on doesn't go back to originality in this dent in there so I don't the fabric won't last very long and also I'm 6'5" up so my feet always hit the floor because it's not high enough customer service gave me a sad comment on that's the way it isAlso the timer is a joke I don't use itSo I'm looking for a better one

This is poorly made and definitely isn't for people over 6' tall.
