Super cool... needed a little finagling
This light is not one solid piece molded to look like steel pipes. It actually is a bunch of little pieces screwed together. Not all the joints are as tight as possible, so it needed a little adjustment. It’s wired with blue and brown wires, not black and white like we do in the land of the free and home of the brave. We added a “T” and another pipe pointed downward that we picked up from Lowe’s and wired a plug onto the fixture so we could just plug it into the wall. We also went with the “cool white” led Edison style bulbs so the light would match the other bulbs in the house. It took a little work, but I think it looks pretty “dope” as they say. Check out the photos.

Poor materials, damaged in packaging
The media could not be loaded. Made of cheap die cast pot metal. We bought and had it stored for end of remodeling, removed from packaging and found fixture loose at joint. But it appears it was damaged in transit. I decided to repair because the return policy is only 30 days. After attempting to repair it immediately broke again.. I don’t recommend because quality is poor.. this is not iron pipe it’s is cast aluminum to look like iron. At some point I will just buy real iron pipe and recreate with the sockets which are salvageable but at this point, it’s total loss unfortunately

Design looks great but installation is a little confusing since the instructions are worthless. The wiring uses a european standard which has blue/brown colored lights, vs. the american back/white. For anyone purchasing, the correct connection is brown to white, and blue to black. Keep the existing ground connection as is if your box has one.

NO CORD
In the description of this light it says "corded-electric" it is not! It's hardwired and I'm not going to pay an electrician $200 to install it for me. I waited over 2 months for it to be delivered and now I can't use it. My only option is to see if I can put a cord on it.

Very cool statement piece light fixture- blew our budget & still love it: BUT, a mounting challenge.
I'd like to mark this as 5 stars, but I just cannot. I"m not sure what the mounting intention was with this... other than wall, but in any case there 'has to be' an electrical box placed somewhere as a general rule, and this very cool feature just does not play well with one. We took some 'alternate' electrical plates to add to the point of mounting to cover our existing ceiling electrial box and make it able to mount this without the 'hole' showing.Photo included. I believe this is a standard square 'switch plate' for a dryer or large AC plug receptacle.
