One collar stopped working after about a month. Tried to have a replacement sent out (also paid for the lifetime warranty) and was told I had to pay for a replacement collar. When I asked about returning the entire product and getting a refund, I didn’t hear back from them.

Collars arrived VERY quickly. Super Easy to set up this system! Contour of the recievers is better than the Boxy type that I have had previously. After only one day of use I can not comment on the water resistance, but the construction of the system and materials is strong and works well. Charge is Quick! My two Royal Standard Poodles respond well with this system...Good Value and offers features the same as many much higher priced E-Collar Systems. Buy it! You will like it!

I was hesitant to start using e-collars, but it has made my walks much more enjoyable. Collars are easy to pair and use. I only use the buzz function. James sent extra links to watch and it was very helpful. Thank you for the best customer service!

I got it and it has worked well so far with both my dogs as they are large dogs and the vibration works well..not sure about the shocker tho if it works as they both have lots of hair/fur..great pyrenees and maremma as hubby will let them run and they cross the road when they shouldnt..lifestock guardian so they have become pets instead as we didnt get the chickens we wanted. Then after I had trained them my hubby would let them run when they went out instead of going out with them so that became an issues!! My dogs are still very good and obedient dogs even without the collars as they are used to Me.. but works best when they are out of my view!! Thank you.

I am very impressed! All parts appear to be quality built and should stand up to the abuse my dog will put it through. The beep tone and vibration modes sure get my dog's attention to where I very seldom need to use the shock mode, which is great! I really don't require the 2nd receiver (no 2nd dog) but having it allows me to change the receivers if the first one loses power on those long walks through the woods. Its another plus for this product. And for once ... the owner's manual was actually written by someone who has a command of the English language and is easy to understand. But what are the 2 pairs of silver curved "clips" for? There is no mention in the manual of the parts list as to their use. I will certainly recommend this unit to other dog owners in the dog park.
