Both the pepper and the salt are large coarse grinds. The pepper is not edible - its like chunks of dry plant and tastes horrible. The salt tastes ok but again it's in pretty big pieces. I didn't realize I would not be able to return these. Gonna just throw the pepper out. So I just paid $42 for salt. Lesson learned.

This will work great for my elegant picnic.

There were 97 peppers and 96 salts don’t mean to seem petty but your salt and pepper is pretty expensive to not be all there. I’m very disappointed but not completely angry
