The media could not be loaded.  So; if you're going to do this, build the actual model first and then approach the lighting set as a separate project. I did look at the model manual and the light set model manual and just decided that it would be way too difficult to try to add the lights as I went. Turned out to be a wise choice!!The wires all look very delicate. Thankfully they are a lot more robust than they look. There are plenty of warnings in the instructions to be careful not to pinch anything between bricks, but in all honesty you're going to do that a few times during the course of this installation, however careful you are.The manual was fine. I did find some of the photos a little dark, fuzzy and difficult to work out what was going on, but if you apply some common sense you can get there despite it.Although it does show you the best places to tuck wires out of the way, there is going to be some visibility. I can't really see a way around this unless you start drilling holes and cutting into bricks to feed them through. You also end up with a lot of wire running underneath the model; it does tell you to trap them under a brick but you still get a bit of sag. Of course, if you start running wires between bricks and underneath them, you will find things don't fit together quite as well as they did. This makes the whole thing a little more delicate, things will fall off and when you try to put them back, several more things will fall off! You couldn't ever have classed this model as a "toy", but this definitely puts it firmly into the "display model only - do not touch" category.One thing to be very aware of is this isn't a beginner level build. It can be very frustrating when bricks pop back off and the wires won't quite behave and go where you're trying to put them. The whole process took me around 4 and a half hours. It takes a gargantuan amount of patience, surgeon level dexterity at times, good lighting and a pair of tweezers to get through it.Point is though, is it worth the pain? I've posted a video, let you be the judge of that. I just hope adding a bit of Ray Parker Jnr doesn't infringe any copyright laws! For me, I'm glad I did it and the general reception from everyone I've shown (we have a Lego group on our WorkPlace site where I work!) has been that it looks pretty stunning. With one point knocked off for the few frustrations, it's a high marking purchase with a few warnings surrounding it.

The media could not be loaded.  Right price and looks amazing, make sure you have time on your hands as takes a while to get it right.You have to take the a lot of the Lego apart and gets very fiddly to say the least.The tweezers definitely helped as I’ve got big hands.I personally wouldn’t let a child have a crack at this as the wires are very fragile and you need patience to do this.The reason why I knocked a star off is that instructions are not the clearest.

Overall I'm happy with the product but my only one niggle I have is that some of the bricks refuse to go back properly because of the wires and at one point the car nearly went flying across the room because it kept falling apart. But it looks excellent so as long as I don't move it then it it's fine!

A nice addition to the Ghostbuster vehicle.

Bought as a gift for Lego loving hubby. He absolutely loved the lights, they really finish off his ghostbusters car and look amazing when it’s dark. He found them relatively easy to fit.

Littlenfiddly to put together but once done is such a great effect and makes a huge difference

Really well packed and great full glossy instructions. Everything worked well. Better than I expected. Super bright leds.
