Tried to install the QW25 that has the flood lights but was unable to get it to connect using the tyna app so sent it back and ordered this one with colour night vision £35.99 tried to get it to connect and had same problem so after 2 hours of trying I decided to see if I could get it to work in smartlife app and Hey Presto it work within 1 minute.Update : been 8 weeks now but it's just OK. Very slow to respond on the tracking ( tracking only works side to side now "NO up or down"), and the whole things slow to respond. Its proberly out of date chips inside. If your looking for somthing faster expect to pay atlest double the price... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.It lights up the area when it been tripped in the night and tracks 👣.. you have the option of only using infrared so that's a plus.The pic is great and I can read No plates 15 yards away in HD mode.The smartlife app so far is the best one I know that works very well. I have a few smart things ie "6 socket extension lead with 1 usb, 1 light bulb, 2 sockets, 2 temp/humidity sensor and now this security cam all running flawlessly in smartlife app. I can have so meny scenarios It would take me all day to list them lol.UPDATE THIS CAMRA HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING AFTER 2 MONTHS "ITS OFF LINE AND DOSENT WANT TO GO BACK ON.

Not designed for outside use,it does state indoor/outdoor,power lead far too short,about 2feet and wifi connecting cable hasnt got a cover so it will get infected by water also the leads come out the front of mounting housing that will get in the way of the camera,i returned without even trying it,what a shame as it looked well made

Good little camera. Simple to set up with the icsee app. I decided to hard wire the unit to the router rather than rely on its wifi. However, the supplied power cable is way too short, about a metre, and I had to purchase and extension cable in order for it to reach the socket. I used shrink tube to waterproof the join ad it was still outside the building.The main purpose of getting the camera is due to an elderly relative with dementia. We’re quite remote and this alerts us to anyone passing it I didn’t realise it but it has a built in security light which is fantastic.You can record video if you insert a micro sd card. You can also view the live feed or recorded video via the internet.It’s cheap as chips and works well, but you do need to think about how you are going to install it.

I bought this camera to monitor my back garden as the have been a lot of shed break ins I did purchase another manurfacturer but it was not very good , to many false alarms at night from bugs and not brilliant night vision. So this camera is cheaper so I thought nothing to loose ..I am so far very surprised the features beat by far the more expensive camera picture quality better, night vision very good especialy at distance i so far have not got hardly any false alerts and the motion tracking is adequate , if not a bit jerky ...The only cons I have encounted is with the instruction manual , it is very poor it has more holes than swiss cheese that is the only reason so far i have given it four stars ...I would deffinately recommend this camera and if it continues working it is definately worth the money ..

The camera is good (I bought two). The app you have to use is not well designed and the weakest bit of the system. I would have preffered to access my cameras using a web browser from my laptop or tablet etc, but you are forced to use the app. The device has no IP interface. It does record ok onto the memory cards. The camera will track a person moving once it triggers, but you can't customise the trigger window. In night vision there is a white cast on the display as the lense is mounted very close to the IR led lights. In my opinion it needs to be much more configurable, but I suppose you can't ask for all that for the price.

You can see in my picture that thr right antenna cable is cut, so only 1 antenna working, the motion tracking is not smooth, and the camera makes a clicking noise every so often. I have emailed the support email shown on the box but no response yet.The app is also not properly working.Although these are not mentioned features many cameras of this type have these options.1) a siren or audio recording when motion is detected2) remotely turn on/off siren and floodlight.If I do not receive a response to my support request by Friday I will be returning it.

Poor instructions, would not pair with any of the methods listed. I did eventually manage to pair it by using a wired connection. Conatced the sellers support who replied quickly and they decided it was faulty and said they would send a replacement, that has never arrived. The motion tracking is not the best, the product will track but then quite often gets stuck so the camera is pointing in the wrong direction, it also has a habit of loosing the device paring and given the only way to get it to pair again take it down and connect a cable it's a pain. Overal design is good so it's a shame it's not more reliable.

Apart from receiving an opened box which Amazon sorted "thankyou" turns out quality is poor, night vision very bad 👎 I sure this is a faulty camera see picture, and it's not dirt, lens pics up surrounding case no good at all makes night images look like a very foggy night, also discovered a wire missing from one of the two aerials on the camera, after sales service from manufacturer very bad, would not recommend
