I'm very anxious at work and love that these fit in my pocket. I've gone through a few but they help me when I'm feeling overwhelmed. They are also just fun to play with.

I have anxiety and depression. And don’t like the bus very much. But I don’t have a car so I use the bus.These fidget toys distract me. They help a lot.

I read the description carefully and it said nothing about the toys being random. I assumed I was getting four different kinds like the picture and I really wanted the dinosaur. Instead I got two of the same thing (which is not in the picture), the big square one, and the red flower. I like the red flower, so I've been using that one a lot. Seems to hold up fine to regular use and it's satisfying. If you like popping bubble wrap, it will satisfy that itch. But I wanted the dinosaur and I'm a little bit sad that I didn't get it.

It’s cute and it will work but it’s not what was in the photos. They came in a 3 pack with 3 different designs. The keychain part is actually nicer quality, and each pack has a shape fidget and a band fidget on their own chain a clasp/keyring.
