Diamond Select Toys Marvel Premier Collection Thanos Statue

For anyone on the fence about this statue I recommend you check out the unboxing/review by "Gem Mint Collectibles" on YouTube (it's not my channel, but I am a fan of his reviews). He does a fantastic job of showcasing this wonderful statue. I had been debating on whether or not it would be worth spending the $100+ dollars on a statue since all mine had been about $50 or less, and pretty much made out of pvc or some type of plastic. I don't know what this statue is made out of, but it weighs about 10pounds. After watching GemMint's review I was sure I wanted to take the chance on this Thanos.As for my review of this statue:This is my most expensive statue at the moment (I think it was $120 when I got it). Most of my statues are in the $30-$50 range, and I have a Galactus I got for about $80. My point with all that is that I'm not a seasoned collector by any means. If you're into 1/4 scale statues and you're used to paying $500+ on a sculpt then this Thanos might not be for you.For me though this was a great introduction into what a more premium statue was all about. It has a real heftiness to it. It has a great presence on the shelf. It comes with 2 right hand pieces to choose from (1 with the cube the other is just a fist). This sculpt is based off the comic book version of Thanos...not the movie Thanos. The paint application is good, but there were a couple tiny little paint flaws here and there (nothing I'm concerned with though at this price). It's base is about 10inches wide and 2inches high making the total size about 16inches at the top of the cube, and about 14inches to the top of his head.If you can afford to spend the money and not be financially hurting afterwards, and you're on the fence because its in that next price tier of statues. Watch the Gem Mint review on Youtube. I don't regret buying this statue by any means, and I only wish I had gotten it sooner. I now feel a lot more comfortable buying statues in this price tier ($100-$200 for example).

Thanos The Mad Titan is here and he's awesome to behold.This statue is a must-have if you're a fan of Thanos, it's going to be the centerpiece of my collection. Personally, I love the old school comic book look over the movie sculpture.Size: This statue is huge he easily stands about 14 in tall with his arm outstretched. Is also quite heavy because it's made of resin. I'm guessing it weighs about 8 lb. It's heavy, don't put it on a glass shelf!Sculpture and details: I personally love the sculpt and the paint work is really good. I think it's pretty cool how they give you some options for how to display Thanos. You have several different versions of his gloves some without the Tesseract or Infinity Gauntlet. I also love the malevolent grin on his face.Good stuff is you get a certificate of authenticity with the Statue that shows your number in the series of limited edition 3000 that they made. Size of this statue for the price really can't be beat. I don't think you can find anything like this for under$200 from other Statue makers.I've attached some photos to show the details and certificate. I rate this statue 5/5 for the price.

La figura es, a falta de otras palabras, impresionante.Trae 2 pares de manos intercambiables. Unas "normales" y otras 2, una con el Cubo Cósmico (derecha) y otra con el Guantelete del Infinito (izquierda).Acabados increibles, embalada perfectamente.El único fallo que se me ocurre es que creo que debería traer otra mano con el guantelete para ponerlo en lo alto (se que en los comics, lo lleva en la izquierda, pero quedaría mas impresionante así)
