we purchased (3) cameras for our office, the cameras in less than a year all have stopped working, we have reached out to the seller to see how they can be repaired being they are still supposed to be under warranty and they have been very uncooperative, they will not let us send them the machines to repair, we have sent videos of the issues with the cameras as they requested, but now say its too expensive for them to send us two new cameras, they will send us parts for us to make the repairs ourselves, we advised we do not work on the cameras, and we have not heard anything back from them. stay clear unless you want to cause yourself a headache.

The cable snapped after a few uses and the camera had intermittent operation since the first day. The company refuses to honor it's warranty.
