These were ordered for a large Labrador who has just entered into adulthood, she is one of 4 and sometimes gets a little anxious with all the other dogs when they get a bit too excited. I was hoping that these tablets would calm her down so she felt more confident.So far they seem to be doing a good job and she seems a little more relaxed, however the tablets are a bit of a pain to give to her. The tablets are huge so they need to be crushed and hidden within her food so she doesn't notice them. If she has them dry she won't take them as she doesn't like the taste.Overall a good quality supplement with good amounts of vitamins in that supports the dogs joints well, happy with the results, but the tablet size and taste could probably be improved.

As such we have tried many different varieties over the past.These pills arrive in a slim, hard, white plastic case that could easily fit through your letter box for the sake of delivery. The pills themselves are quite hard and dry, not unlike paracetamol or something similar.As for the scent I wouldn't say it is reminiscent of chicken in truth, neither to myself or any of our dogs. Most seem to take a wary sniff before they quickly turn up their noses. Meaning we would have to hide these tablets in a variety of favourite foods before we are able to administer.We have given the tablets a fair amount, as it can take a while before calming products truly start working, however after 2 weeks we are yet to see any difference whatsoever. Other products have proven more effective in the past so we will give this one a miss.

Got these to try and calm my dog before we go for a walk as she gets over excited and barks first thing they are very big tablets And getting a dog to take three of them is not an easy thing to do I had to hide it in pate been using for 14 days but can’t say they have calmed her down at all so for me they didn’t work

One of my dogs gets over excited easily and constantly barks when we go to new places, I've only had both dogs just over 2 months so there's lots of new places to discover together which are proving stressful at times with her barking. My main concern is another dog being off lead and becoming reactive towards her, she's very friendly just yappy. I've been trying various calming methods so was keen to give these tablets a try. They're large, too big for my little Shorkie so I need to break into thirds and wrap in chicken or ham for her to eat them, they certainly don't smell like the chicken flavour they're said to be and my dog won't eat them as they are so musnt taste of chicken either.I've tried these tablets quite a few times with my girl but sadly they haven't made any difference.
