What a lovely book. Full of anecdotes, pictures, facts and tributes to the late (and much missed) Harry Nilsson. Obviously a labour of love for the two authors and well put together. All Harry fans should purchase without hesitation. Can't recommend too highly.

These wonderful memories of Nilsson is a nice trip through some of the best songs of the 20th century (I state in full confidence of their being no dispute from any music lover)! I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to see how to honor a truly talented artist like Harry, although there are damn few artists as talented as he. I have been a true fan of Harry since the 60s and when I was a nightclub dj, would always get some Nilsson into the mix during the sessions and always had a choice of music from this one amazing talent to keep the audience engaged. This book is a wonderful tribute to this most talented man. Thank you for a great read to all who shared in the making of this book.

Harry & Me looks at the life and music of Harry Nilsson through the recollections of his fans, friends, and contemporaries augmented with quotes from Harry Nilsson mined from newly-discovered interviews.The book is well-organized, following a mostly chronological order. Quotes from Nilsson and quick fan reviews of his albums and other works are followed by fans and others telling their personal stories.Right off the bat, we are introduced to one of Harry's grade-school teachers and a classmate who recalls that Harry didn't show any musical talent at that young age. A class photo captures 14-year-old Harry looking askew into the camera.At the time I an writing this review, I have read the Kindle edition but have not received the hardcover yet. The text and photos in the Kindle version are laid out nicely and, though displayed in gray-scale on my Kindle reader, are bright and colorful when viewed on a laptop or smartphone.
