Amazingly helpful
I can say that lately my self love is pretty low. To be honest is nearly nothing .. and when I started reading the book I instantly knew it would help me. When she says " True self love is expressed when you do everything possible to become the best version of yourself", I know I have a lot of work to do.The question she made in the beginning, "How are you feeling right now?", it nearly made me cry, I did not know the answer ..Also, when it came to overthinking, "Making negative, sometimes catastrophic predictions about the upcoming future". This is what I do, this is why I can't sleep at night.. I became even more interested in the book because it feels like it was meant for me.She said that The way a person thinks can affect the quality of her life in different ways, and I believe in her .. she recommended yoga and meditation and will definitely start doing it.Thanks Jennifer Clarke, for helping me in my new self love journey ❤

Desire Map guideline is helpful!
I found the recommendations to make a Desire Map to be extremely helpful, it helps to figure out what you want, when and how, as well as crates a great reminder for later not to give up the ideas. I put my desire map on the wall, and it really helps to stay tuned, and take actions to get closer to the dreams. I also enjoyed "Stop overthinking" part, the author carefully explains how harmful it can be, and how to control the thoughts, direct them to the positive things, and "relax"

Communication skills section is 😍!
I never realised my problems with communication and acquiring new friends lie within self-esteem issues. This book has helped to realise it, and showed the way to go to fix it! Nice lifehacks on how to meet new people and feel less uncomfortable to have a conversation with strangers, and game-styled practices. I already met several people using the practice, and we are having lunch tomorrow! Could never do that before. Now I have to do a groundwork on improving self-esteem, so excited to see the results! Thanks for the book!

Helped me feel love to myself, and start caring about my body and spirit!
Lately I realised I work too much, my relationships are not in a great place, I am often exhausted and unmotivated to do anything. In other words, not excited about where I am at all. I decided to start working on self esteem, and thought I might need some self help literature/ course. Can I just say - I got much more than I expected! The book was so easy to follow, was so well structured, and still so inspiring. It literally reminded me of the life value, my uniqueness, and gave some reasonable advice on how to control the mental state, improve the mood, and where to start. I started practicing meditations after Jennifer's recommendations, loving it! Can't wait to wake up in the morning and be that peaceful again! It really helps to picture the day ahead, and find pleasures throughout the day! Credits to Morning routine! 10/10, definitely recommend!(Reviewing using my dads account)
