Simple, solid, and seamless plug-and-play!
If you own a Motorola Edge (2026), this is the adapter you want. The phone instantly auto-detects the dongle and sets it up for you the second you plug it in—zero troubleshooting or menu-diving required. The build quality is decent and feels like it can handle being tossed into a pocket or bag without falling apart. Audio-wise, the 24-bit/96kHz DAC delivers clean, crisp sound with absolutely no noticeable hiss or distortion. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, and at this price point, it’s an incredible value. Highly recommended if you need a reliable headphone jack fix!

Great
I'm old-school, and I bought these to hardwire a pair of headphones. They work perfectly; there’s no strange noise or humming.

Plug and play, no issues.
Bought to use on a Samsung tablet and works perfectly. Using it with Sennheiser HD558s and gets plenty loud. Very solid feeling connection once plugged in and the cable is thick, seems shielded well and is nicely braided with a good flexible material.

Handy Little Dongle That Actually Sounds Clean
I grabbed this UGREEN USB-C to 3.5mm adapter because my phone doesn’t have a headphone jack anymore and I still prefer wired earbuds for music and calls. Bluetooth always has a little lag for me, and the cheap no-DAC adapters I’d tried before sounded thin or added hiss. The 24-bit/96kHz DAC claim and the grey braided look seemed worth a shot for daily use with my phone, tablet, and occasionally a laptop. Going in, I expected something that would just work without static, support basic inline controls, and give cleaner sound than those $5 plastic ones. It mostly delivered. Plug it in and it recognizes right away on my phone and tablet. The built-in DAC keeps the audio clear and free of obvious noise or distortion with regular headphones. Bass stays controlled, and highs don’t get harsh. Inline volume and call buttons worked fine on the pairs I tried. For real-world stuff it’s practical—toss it in a pocket or bag for commuting, connect to car aux, or use it at a desk when I want wired audio without digging out a Bluetooth pair. The braided cable and aluminum shell feel more solid than flimsy alternatives, and it holds up to being plugged and unplugged a lot. Value is good for what it does. You’re paying a bit more than basic converters, but the cleaner output and better build make sense if you use wired headphones regularly. A couple things keep it from being perfect. The cable is pretty short, so it can feel tight depending on how you hold the phone. It also sits flush, which means some thicker cases make it a tight or awkward fit. And there’s no charging while you listen on this version, so plan around that. A few people mention occasional volume or connection quirks, but mine has been steady so far. It met my main expectations for clear, reliable sound and simple plug-and-play use. Not a high-end desktop DAC, but a solid everyday fix for missing headphone jacks.

excellent, works with all my headsets, even analog
THIS really does work with any 3.5 ml headphone. So 5 stars for this, and ZERO stars for the piece of crap jack from Samsung. Samsung eliminated the 3.5ml Jack from phones, but said this Jack would let us continue to use our headphones. That was a LIE. The jack Samsung gives us ONLY WORKS WITH DIGITAL HEADSETS, NOT ANALOG. Bottom line most folks have to buy a REAL 3.5 adapter that INCLUDES converting analog to digital. Trying Samsung jack gives "analog not supported" error message. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Samsung for giving us a jack they knew would not work with many headets. If the processing needed to use analog headphones fits in this Jack, and Samsung got extra space by removing the 3.5 Jack, one would think they could have included it for us. Anyway, back to my review of this Jack, works great with all my headphones.

Lasted 9 months of daily heavy use
I bought this 9 months ago, and very quickly became a daily driver product for me. This thing was used every day, and basically lived on my 3.5mm Apple EarPods. I never took them off because all my devices are type C equipped anyway. With that said, I am impressed the adapter lasted this long, being tossed around, bent, stressed, etc over heavy daily use. They also became a staple for me because I really think they produced better sound than the integrated Realtek product built into my laptop. It was noticeably louder if you demanded such volume, and I think they had better overall sound, especially around the lows. The microphone worked better when using this adapter as well, as many people told me on discord calls. I don't know how the Realtek solution in the laptop handled the mic in but the ugreen adapter did it better. For 10 bucks I think it is a great value, especially since the volume control and start/stop button worked on Android and Windows the same. I liked the feel of them as well, the smooth aluminum on the connector part of the adapter is smooth and feels good in the hand. Honestly in light of the death of this adapter, I'll probably just buy another one or similar product ugreen has to offer. It's the first headphone adapter that I actually didn't just tolerate, but actually liked. If anybody is curious, the particular failure that finally got this thing is the strain relief on the 3.5mm side of the adapter started to let go/the wire began to work it's way out. If I push on it, it works, but obviously I'm not going to hold it all the time. I suspect that If I had made an attempt to stop this from happening when I first noticed it, it would probably still be working now.

Simple and usefull
This is exactly what I was looking for. First, this is fully compatible with my Pixel 6 (since other adapters haven't worked). I've tested it with Sony MDRZX110 headphones, and they work without any issues. It's plug and play, so you only need to connect it like your charger and works. I don't find it heats yet since I used it for shorts periods of time.

Funciona excelente
Funciona muy bien con Mac. Al tener DAC suprime el ruido de fondo totalmente y el audio queda limpio Yo lo tengo incluso conectado a un hub usb y funciona muy bien. Así evito usar el cable jack.
