Q: How do i get the rgb to show up on both sides? it is not showing on the back side

The fan must have the RGB lights on both sides. There is only one connection so either the fan you have only has 1-sided RGB or it is defective. Most fans only have it on one side, usually the output side (which is the side without the manufacturers' label and where the air is "pushed".

Q: Does this come with y splitter for rgb and connecters for fan daisy chain

The fans can daisy chain for both fan and rgb. The splitter is built into the cables and can not be removed. These can not be daisy chained with D-RGB fans.

Q: I dont have an rgb header on my motherboard. what controller is best to use in this case to at least control rgb??

Arctic has a controller that plugs into the usb header on the mobo. You could also go with the Razer Chroma controller, which works with SignalRGB
