Amazing stuff
This stuff is amazing! I have used it for years and years. It is great to steady a picture that doesn't want to hang straight. Just put a little ball of it behind the lower corners of the picture and press against the wall. Also you can use it to hang really small things like the ones in the picture I attached. I have found so many other uses for this... You just have to use your imagination. For example, I have a ring made of abalone and it is not very shiny so I put a coat of fingernail polish on it. I use a ball of this blue stick to hold the ring while it's drying. When you remove it from a wall , it might leave a little blue behind. To remove it, simply use a ball of the blue stick and roll it up and down over the residue and it will eventually come off into the ball.

Excellent Product
The first thing that I liked about BlueStik is that it comes in an easy open, resealable bag; the product won't dry out (if that's even possible), but most importantly, it won't fall out of it's envelope and get lost or dirty--in my case, filled with cat hairs. The second thing I liked was the fact that I immediately noticed how soft and pliant this product is unlike others which are stiff and difficult to knead and get ready for the job you want them to do. Thus far, it's holding up everything on which I was using tape and doing a great job. I especially like it for the things that are too heavy for light weight magnets on the refrigerator. The refrigerator has a textured surface and I think that help the BlueStik to adhere, but whatever the reason, it's doing a great job. Incidentally, I bought three different adhesive putties at once to compare them, and this is the most pliant of them all, though they're all working well. This product just requires the least amount of work.

Hold objects in place & removes easily
I've used Blue Stik to keep pictures from shifting on the wall. I've also used it to hold paint chip samples on walls.I originally bought Scotch removable mounting putty but found that it could not do the job. It failed to adhere to the wall or even paper. Dap is an amazing product and will not leave any residue on your walls or objects.

Didn't work well in my application
A friend recommended this stuff to me to hang posters. I tried it on one and didn't like it for multiple reasons. I didn't like sticking a blob of gunk on the corners of a poster ant then trying to make it sit straight and flat on the wall. After a few tries, I gave up. In the end, I wasn't convinced it wouldn't have stained or marked the wall if left in place. What is certain is that I didn't like the results of my best effort and resorted to thumb tacks. i can spackle the holes someday, so who needs this goo. In fairness, I have to say that clearly my friend loves this stuff, so maybe he is more talented than I am at using it.

It’s the best
Use to hang art work & keep it straight. Also comes in handy for many little things that need to stick to something around the house

Postcards keep falling off bedroom wall
Wrote "bedroom wall" to be clear that the wall isn't greasy or steamy as it would be in a kitchen or bathroom. Also, the putty leaves a greasy mark on whatever you hang. I'm surprised to not have seen this commented upon in other reviews. Not for fine art, that's for sure. Not for adhering posters onto wallpaper, definitely. This putty doesn't do the job.
