NIS America Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk NSW [

Note 135+ hours playing on normal 1st half of game/nightmare on the 2nd half of game difficulty was my experience, there is an easy mode.This game's dungeon crawling mechanic is simplistic but fun. The ability to essentially create your dream team is a welcome change, especially being able to reclass each unit as you playthrough while passing on the previous version's skills making each unit unique in their own right. However, this is by far one of the grindiest games I have ever played and the game has a fetch quest system that doesn't let you know what you need straight away for each quest which is fine except for the fact that if you use up a rare item needed for a quest you have to grind through some serious rng just to get it again. This messed me up a few times but especially near end of postgame where I had to grind rng and reset for 40 - 50 hours just to get the item which killed my excitement for the end boss. This combined with the passable story makes this game a 3 star game at best.I have much more to say but I will leave you with the heads up that this game is not worth more than 20 dollars/euro. I got it on sale for 9.99 physical during black Friday deals and would recommend you look elsewhere if the game is at its typical retail value of 25 - 35 dollars/euro.
