Good value came with an extra set of blades, tool to change blades and in a nice box to protect them. Definitely for beginners on up, no worry about the grind angle being off or having to set up for sharpening if you arnt already. Used all three cutting this laminated oak bowl and all three tools worked great. Also tried out a set of bowl gauges I ordered and they were horrible.

I got a catch and broke one, thats when i found ou that the metal only goes about an inch into the wooden handle, a week connection.

they were good for about 3 weeks then the square ones handle broke the rubber grips fall off all 3 the screws for the keeper that holds the grips on stripped with 1/4 if a turn and the metal ring that is supposed to tension the joint between the bar and the wood slid off down the tool and is lost somewhere in my garage i have had to make new handles and use pipe clamps to keep them together literally 4 weeks and all 3 have had to have new handles made the wood is junk.

The tools are a good value for the money. Comes with one set of carbide cutterss installed on the tools and a spare set. Padded handles are an interesting feature that seems to work well. Solid no seam ferrule on handle.

Item was as described, arrived in a timely manner (even though delivery was supposedly made to an individual and it was not)…package was at our door. And hubby was very happy!
