Stupid story. Weak plot
Stupid story. Weak plot. No backstory. Basically a love triangle film. A and B are lesbians who love C. C is straight. C has a jerk boyfriend D. And there also E, best friend of A, who secretly likes A.

Mehhhh
The plot summary and cover photo are very misleading. For what is was, the story was okay. A bit slow, and didn't really seem to lead to a conclusion worth sitting through an entire film to get to. For some reason, the main character creeped me out...but Ai was flipping adorable. If it was a movie about the cheerful best friend instead of the creepy sweater girl, I can safely say that I would have enjoyed it much more.

Slow, painful exposition of teen lesbian triangle.
Started out slow, then dropped to a snail's pace. Buried somewhere in all of the filler scenes is a story struggling to get out. Unfortunately, it never really broke free.

Can't give the best review.
Didn't finish watching the movie kind of boring. To get a better review should look elsewhere for someone who watched the whole movie

Typical Lesbian Orientation
adequately photographed, acted and directed for a story based in a same gender regimented "school" environment. Typical lesbian presentation of males as thieves and of any girl interested in a male as of unreliable lower class.

It is also the most boring dungpile to hit the market in ages
Okay I get it ...it was not a porn movie. There is a group of very prudish people in society that must shun all nudity or references to sex. This movie is their posterchild. It is also the most boring dungpile to hit the market in ages. I will warn you now STAY AWAY FROM THE BARS AND LIQUOR STORES ,PROHIBITION DID NOT WORK AND KILLED THOUSANDS.

Forget the Poor Reviews....Seeing for yourself is to prove the Art and Value of this film!
This is a spectacular, poignant portrayal of the life of these High School Seniors, in the Broadcast Club, as they approach the final event of their year , we experience their struggles with feelings they have for each other, struggles in leadership, friendship, love and betrayal...and the marks they leave on these girls' lives. How they deal with these and other troubles, what will become of their life beyond this? Who knows. For me, this was and is, an accurate picture of what can and does happen in an environment like this. Aoi Morikawa plays Manami Shintani, the Chief of the Broadcast Club, who falls in love with the newest member of the Club, Chiyuki Mitsuzuka, played by Mugi Kadowaki. These two showed exceptional skill in their acting roles, Chiyuki the one who had not had a true friend before Manami, and who struggles with feelings for a boy who only wants to use her for the money she gives him, and craves the friendship and attention, and perhaps internal feelings for Manami. Not to be upstaged by Aoi's or Mugi's truly wonderful performance, Maaya Kondou who plays Ai Morino delivered such stunning performance in her role showing her long-time crush on Manami, but who fears to vocalize because she knows that Manami has a crush on Chiyuki...again, in my opinion, Maaya Kondou delivers a stellar performance, especially in the last scenes of the movie where she openly announces her love for Manami in the finale of the Art Festival, and allows the viewer to feel the exquisite almost unendurable pain of unrequited feelings. The entire cast is to be congratulated and appreciated for their awesome roles: Aoi Yoshikura who plays the very strong-willed Kazumi Oda; Ayuri Konno who portrays shy Mayu Nishino; Tsukina Takai who plays Ayane Muraguchi; Yuko Araki who plays Futaba Eriguchi who has a crush on Chiyuki; and Minako Kotobuki who plays the leader of the club, Ikumi Motonishi.Too many scenes to comment on or to applaud, one must simply watch it for the beautiful story it brings to the screen....tender, with undertones of sexual tension that is masterfully scripted and delivered in a tasteful rendering that leaves one wanting to see more, to experience more.

Disgusting
I started to watch this movie thinking it will show some Japanese aspects of teachers and students in a school setting. Wrong. From the beginning this was about sexual attraction in teenagers so I quickly stopped watching it. Disgusting.
