Q: How can i turn the beep noise off? every time i push a button on the screen it beeps and i’m not sure how to shut it off ?

When tapping the button (on off) you have to LIGHTLY tap 1 time for ON or 2 times for HOLDING which is on but not running so you can change the different drill heads. The next button is the rate of speed you want you drill implements to run. REMEMBER these buttons ONLY require a LITE tap when using, if you hold either down they will beep which confuses the signal thus starting over instead of what you want.

Q: Why is this advertised as 35,000 RPM, but most of the reviews say 30,000?

Hello Because some buyers have reported that the speed is not enough. So we did an upgrade. Upgrade from the previous 30000RPM to the current 35000RPM. All are now at 35000RPM. For hardware upgrades, these costs are borne by us. We did not increase the price. The price is the same as before. thanks
